Re: Post Pics of your Static Drops!!
The bed is boxed in - solid tail piece (no tailgate). The panels are aluminum that I had machined to match the fins on an M/T Valve Cover. Panels are recessed into the tail piece. I'll see If I have a better pic and will post.

I'm posting again, at least I think I already posted, because I've learned more about what is actually under it since the trade...
Drop spindles -2.5" cheap single piston...I think 75 mm, stops alright tho. Drop springs? Still unsure but the front cross member is only about 3.5-4 inches from the ground. 9" ford rear end with leaf springs under Axel tubes Air shocks with the upper mount relocated(not enough imo) There's prolly 2"-3.5" depending on psi in air shock between Axle tube and frame. Also the same distance between to of rear end housing and floor. If the shocks are empty or low it'll bottom out but it does good when there's a lil psi added. She does lean to the back passenger side a lil, I'm assuming it's just worn leaf springs..?.. Anyway, I want to get seat belts, then some good sway bars for sure. |
