Don't be a bonehead like me and check to make sure your fender extensions or cowls, whatever they are called, are not the same side. I got my original Harrison rad recored also.

Cleaning up some odds and sods, went to put the driveshaft in but found it was 1" to long. I bought it from a member on here but I guess it was never installed. I also had to weld up some holes on the inner fender that had been drilled in to move the voltage regulator. Fenders and grille surround should be installed for the last time. I am going to build a better more permanent paint booth in my garage so that I can get this thing painted.

My bedsides showed up from FredsTruckParts and I sanded them down and worked on them. They were pretty decent and much better then the 4 I have spent over 1500.00 on.

I then put the bed together and marked out the trim holes and drilled all of them.

I probably put 8 coats of 2k on these sides and now at 600 with wax degreaser they really shine. I spent hours with paper wrapped around items as small as a pencil trying to get into hard to sand spaces, hopefully it shows when color is on.

I am in the middle of hood surgery, the sandblasted hood I had stored inside for 2 years was junked and the old hood I had outside for 2 years was used. The sandblasted one was heavily pitted from what I don't know and it had a large in-dent in it, but I needed the inner structure out of it. I ordered a new lower panel so got back to drilling spot welds. I used this time to POR15 the inner structure so I will never have to worry about it, also ground of the original paint on the next known bad spots but found no rust.
