Is that a Longhorn bed? And where does your trained eye say the rear marker light needs to be, fender or bedside? Regardless, this is cool and yours'll be cooler!

Dang that looks perfect!! If it was only a little darker.

No thats a reg long bed. I plan to run the markers in the step side fenders. That pic is a board members truck that someone photo shopped to lay frame.

That front wheel cracks me up. It looks out of place or something.

It appears to just have a very small tire on it.

He has marker lights in front and behind the tire.

Interesting! Is it just me or does that look like a regular truck wheel up front? Non dually?

Haha, that kinda looks like a rear rollpan, because of the tag dimple. I think some of the smooth ones look alright, but I posted that beause it looked like the guy had used the fenders off of a stepside, and rollpans are out for Darcy any way because she has that SWEET grille guard!!

jkeating1 02-08-2013 09:39 AM

Re: She's a ton of fun (dually build on air)

It looks like the best rear fender profile is like the other truck with two rear fenders spliced so the rolled rear bottom faces both the front and the back. Or some metalwork to finish out the step mount in front.

BTW--if you line up the body feature line using stepside fenders, will you have tire-to-top-of-fender clearance problems if you lay frame?
