I sprayed bed liner on the passenger side running board and set my new step plate on just for the picture... My wife asked if I did a before and after picture... I said "No!" and she said ...well you still have to do the driver side , So... I took a picture of that side before I sanded and sprayed it today. Once they have sat and cured for a few days then I will bolt the plates on.

Running Boards

Another Blue Chevy
No, THANK YOU for keeping this fine truck on the road where it belongs .
As I age out more and more I miss my 'B.I.T.S.A.' 1946 3100 series, it wasn't as pretty as yours but worked well and very hard, I used it as my shop truck in the 1970's & 1980's . I need to begin cleaning out my back yard of old things, sadly I'm not allowed to mention what here s they'll probably get scrapped, I'm all done selling things at the local swap meets . |

We took the truck to Canon City First Friday. Quite a few old Ford trucks there. This is a picture taken by a friend. I forgot to take any pictures. There's the '35 way back at the back of the line.

We had about 405 cars registered and a few that didn't bother. Great day . Got up at 4Am to rope off an area for myself and daughter, her husband and others . When I got back the few others didn't even leave me a spot in the roped off area. I'm just lucky to have gotten a spot near by.

The Show & Shine

Another Blue Chevy At The Show
That White is glorious ! I remember when they roamed the highways free :chevy: .
That C Cab Rat Rod looks like something the Munsters would have, I'd like to see more pictures of it . I'm no fan of fake patina but it's interesting . |

Nice Local Show
Thanx ! .
Looking at all this almost makes me want to move to Colorado . Don't worry, I'd not move there if given a free house ;) . I used to pass through Colorado in the 60's & 70's before it like the rest of America got too darn crowded . I always enjoy looking at and visiting small towns . |

Back when I was working on my transmission for the first time I came across a forum...https://forums.aaca.org/topic/336225...9-chevy-pickup... where a guy was working on a '34 Chevy for someone. I followed his build as he was building from the ground up and working on the same transmission. When he finished he said he was turning it back over to the owners in Colorado. Well, I came across the truck Saturday at a local Car Show and recognized it right away.
