I'm no expert on angles but it's what ever they sell. she just wanted it to be even with the bed lines, hope that makes sense.

Andrew, You ought to cruise on down this Saturday.

Nice!!!! I angled mine down and hid them behind the bedsides....makes a ton of noise reflecting off the pavement and dusts up like Im trying to lay a smoke screen. I think thats a better choice.

4D,
I don't know if you still want flat black or not? If so, I suggest the following link. I prefer the look of satin black, instead of flat black but that is up to you, of course. This paint is pretty good for the price.:metal: It also comes pre-proportioned - 3/4 gallon paint to 1/4 gallon activator. I have a Monte Carlo in my garage that I am thinking of using this on.

My Daughter was looking at the truck yesterday and wanted to try a different look around the small back window. I told her if she didn't like it we can always change it back. Will finish it tonight and post more pictures later.

Jason your thoughts or anyone else on what to do for latching.

Re: 4D'S "63" GMC Build

you could go the "protrash" route and use those sliding door locks from the hardware store. cheap, effective, and invisible from the rear
