Re: Daverods project 66
Dave,
I am very sorry but the clip is not better any than what you have. Since i was there last apparently the huge forklift they use to move cars around with decided that 65 would be a good target. The front end was caved in and would not be any better than your stuff. This sure was a nice clip when i first saw it a few weeks back. I saw this truck the day they brought it in and it was super nice. My dad has both front fenders, grill support, bumper & grill he said he would sell for $100.00. They are pretty decent shape as pictured below. The hood, core support and inner fenders are gone. Let me know it this might work for you and i will get it banded up and shipping price for ya. Get the bed Dave , It has an axle under it you might need!!! And a tool box too!! That makes it worth the purchase price. You can haul your own ladder around to job sites. Stamp out trunkers!!! |

Re: Daverods project 66
The description of a "trunker" I heard was that "you carry your tools in the trunk of your car and borrow ladders from everybody else"!
So if you have your own ladder, I would think you are OK. Is Mud pond really Mud Lake ?? That is quite a drive away from Poky |
