I appreciate the comments. This build had been going on what seems like forever. To finally get toward the end is just crazy. I’m hoping everything goes smooth from here and we get it done.

I’m using some bucket seats out of a Scion. The backs have been cut down to sit as close to the bottom of the window as I could.

Looking fandamtastic, it's got to be great to be so close to the finish. Or are they ever finished?

Two batteries? Are the 2 6V to create 12V? Is the battery set up for the full tk or just for what is in the consul?

Whoa, Holly Chumoka!!!! Right arm!!

Keep on keepin on

The batteries are XS Power D1200 Series 12 volt batteries. Both batteries will run everything on the truck.

Hi Murd, have a quick question on your brake pumbing. Do you have any pics of your rear calipers and brake lines showing how you transitioned from hard lines to flex lines? Mine are from an '88 corvette so calipers are on the front side of the axle. Looking for ideas, if you have any pics i would love to see them, if not dont make a big deal out of it, i will figure it out, thanks, Blake

Went to check out the truck. Still some small things to wrap up and still a good amount of work to do. I actually got to drive the truck for the first time in almost 7 years. It sounded great and it was awesome. Overall I’m pretty happy with it. It’s starting to look good.

Just got done reading this entire thread.
First have to say great job on the thread and keeping us updated on your progress and all the details.
Second, what a beautiful truck, can't wait to see the finished product!!

Just have a small question for you, how did you get the tires to fit in the rear fenders? Widen the fenders or narrow the rear?

I had to narrow the rear 2.75” to get the wheels to fit. I didn’t want to widen the fenders.

Thanks everyone for the comments. There’s been a lot of bumps in the road especially on the last 10% on getting it done but I’m almost there. As far as what the color is it’s supposed to be blue blood red.
