Here's the VIN tag on my 68 C10 (8S134739). Just bought it last July so don't know alot about it's history. Based on the build number it looks to be a late 67 build. It has the small back window which I understand to not be an option in 68 but the VIN tag appears to not have been tampered with and if it is a late 67 build then I suppose it could be possible?

Here is one Big odd one to add, MAYBE? 2B130168. I guess you would go by date of manufacture by Chevrolet, JAN 1972 not completion by MID-WEST Body Co., FEB 1972????? One for the record books anyway.:hmm:

It is interesting to me that some of the build sheet dates towards the end of the month have a door sticker with the following month. 71 GMC on this post is one example.
