Mmmm 1964 reasonably price all original . Guy bought it in Texas and has had it here for 3 years . 259 v8 3spd with overdrive , Studebaker was using international fleet side beds at the time only thing I didn’t like it’s much wider than the cab and looks “off” I prefer the stepside beds

At first glance I knew it was a super beetle body, but on a model A frame with duece grille. But he cut off the front clip and used it on the rear. No doubt lots of work but that turned out to be alright.

Definitly needs a contoured grille, like a Topolino or Anglia, maybe ah Airflow. Visor ain't workin' either

Saved a couple of bucks today. My timing light quit yesterday. Bought it off the tool truck in 1986. It was not cheap back then. Figured what the heck, so today I took it apart. The thin uninsulated wire had broken just outside of the handle. Lost about 4" off the pick up cord, but it was an easy fix. Ready for another 37 yrs of service! ;)

Probably could modify a bicycle rack for it.

Here's an interesting unit, wooden handle. If it's for pushing snow maybe they put chains on the tires. Maybe the engine is just for weight. I can't imagine that thing getting much traction. Very cute, though

yes sir, cute but as you say,if it was built for pushing snow,it wouldn't push much?

There’s one for sale at the local import repair shop.

My thought is I wouldn’t use a single axle anything behind a motorhome . Just asking for trouble .

This truck delivered a large press to a local manufacturing plant. It has a rear engine as well as the regular tractor. How would you like to buy a full set of tires for that!

That is a 3.5K axle at best.

Beneficial insects.
The best part of summer is watching Dragon and Robber flys catch prey. They have no fear of humans. Land on your shoulder while mowing, just checking things out.

i can see the possibility of making a stop in that RV after hours on the road, only to find the ground down back end of the trailer tongue. Then again, I guess they have cameras these days

oh i don't think it's that bad.
a '60's era fiat 500 is only around 1000-1200 lbs. seriously doubt you need trailer brakes for something so lite, especially behind a coach.
my quad hauler is a single axle rated at 3500lbs and we have just over 2000lbs of quads on it when loaded. then i stick my car topper boat on top of it as well, and a couple hundred more lbs of gear and assorted junk. and i don't have trailer brakes either, but my tow pig is a little over twice the weight of the trailer loaded, so we're still legal....in BC anyways. them tires look similar to mine and are 15 inchers, but HD, D-load rated for 2540lbs per tire. mind ya, i rarely exceed 55mph, and not cause of the trailer, hard to go faster than 55 with a T400, 4:56's and a 205 t-case...
also run a 8" drop hitch to tie the truck to the trailer

In 36 states you need trailer brakes on anything rated over 3,000 lbs. if the trailer is under 3000 but you have 3001 pounds big fines and not allowed to travel until the load is reduced .

My comment about singles (I own one) behind motor homes is you don’t feel much if a tire goes you screwed . Seen several singles destroyed because of driver error . Even with my dual axle trailer behind the coach I watch the rear camera religiously.

I have no problem towing a single behind my car or truck wouldn’t do it with the motorhome

I even have an air brake setup hooked into the Jeep if I tow that . It has an air cylinder that actuates the brake peddle . And also stops the vehicle if it detaches from the coach. This is from an RV resource site looks like most of Canada has the same rules

in BC it's a little over 3000 lbs without brakes or if your tow vehicle is 1 1/2 times the weight of your trailer. as my crewcab weighs 7800 lbs empty, it's over twice the weight of my trailer.
last yr we had to stop at a milfoil inspection at the scales cause we had our boat. the CVSE guy said i was fine with my set-up.
and ya, i know what you mean about not feeling it. with just my trailer and no camper, you don't even notice the trailer back there, which is why i constantly mirror check and run tires that are HD and never more than a few yrs old

cvse rules for here;
Brakes not needed if gross trailer weight of 1,400 kg (3,080 Ibs) or less – Brakes are required if the trailer and its load weigh more than 50% of the licensed weight of the vehicle towing it.

Self destructive?

I stopped in on these two older brothers who's place I've passed by for years. first time earlier, I met Josh and only saw what was out front. He welcomed me to stroll through the back, as he had his supper waiting. But I declined saying I'd rather go back with him (get the royal tour). I stopped back in on Monday and this time it was Ivan who met me. We talked a while, then needed to get busy, and he offered me to talk a walk in back. This time I did. I got 90, I think, pictures. What a treasure trove of old equipment they have gathered. I need to start a thread on this place

This is random, but this little toyota lives a few houses down from me. Been admiring it as I walk or jog by for a couple years. Never saw it drive until this week. It was driven by an elderly gentleman probably in his 80’s at least. Probably bought it new. Definitely taken care of. It would be a perfect little parts store runner.
