No build thread :( I dont no much about the truck as far as the build goes. I bought from a buddy that traded it for his blazer. He and another friend put in a bunch of work fixing odds and ends. Once I start the redo ill be sure to start a thread. Im going to drive how it is and then redo some things that im not particularly fond of, along with my own spin.
IF ANYBODY NOS ANY HISTORY OF THIS TRUCK I WOULD LIKE TO NO.

Thanks it was basically a one owner, guy had it since 83'. I am going threw it now getting it more road worthy. Going to to it back more stock looking with some steel rally rims and some skinnier taller tires. May get rid of those bed rails as well cant decide on them.

It looks nice as it is. But that is the cool part about the old Chevy trucks. It really doesn't matter what you put on them, they look good!!

Love the color with the diamond plate kick plates, just awesome. I too would like to know what color that is exactly. That CBR is ruining that last photo though.

Thanks Shortwide and 84SC,

The color is Medium Graphite Metallic I beleive it's called and it's from dare I say a dodge late model pickup. :( i know i know but i get so many compliments on it so far and the paint is hardly cured :) lol

The diamond plates I made myself... I work part time at a fab shop for industrial machines and i have access to sheet diamond plate, so i made a paper template and just cut it out on the band saw....

I will try to get some better pictures up once I grap my better camera....

Hi 67step, it a Belltech spindle kit in front, I think it about 3'' and 2'', in the back, it was already on the truck when I bought it...

Yes its original metallic blue but its faded going to paint it marina blue in the spring and do a 4/6 drop on it.

Sweet! The 4/6 drop will look good on your truck. We are painting a 67 chevy II a similar color to marina blue now. I love that color.
