i need to find a rear seat. i have a 1985 blazer with red buckets and a console i may stick in the front and move the current bench seat to the back. Quote:
oh, i've checked yer build thread. as much as i admire the truck you're building and the engine you've came up with, i am not even gonna come close with this thing. i just want a good solid driver, wood hauler, boat puller..boats only two miles from the lake..and hunting rig. |

Sounds like it's time for an LS transplant to me!!! These trucks have so much life to give - just provide a little TLC & it'll love you for a long time to come!!!

It is Bock from Elkhart, they were located about 3 miles down from me, unfortunetly like most manufacturing in Elkhart, they are out of buisness, have been for several years. I believe, that one of the owners, or the owner was killed in a car accident along with one of the co owners of my place of employment now. That was about 8-10 years ago. That's what may have led to there closer. Monaco coach was in there old building, but that plant has since shut down as well. right now there is a small RV dealer using some of there complex. |

Re: How about some pics of 73-91 crew cabs
Still thinking about shortbedding my c/c dually. I think it looks OK- like to see it ppainted.

Re: How about some pics of 73-91 crew cabs
Personally I prefer the look & usefulness of the long beds for the most part - especially on a crew cab like mine or this one, but I can also understand the functionality of the short bed for parking & stuff. Duallies are awesome though when done up right!!!
