For Polaroid Camera:

For use with 100- to 400- series folding pack cameras
Friction-fits over shutter button on folding pack cameras. Mechanical wind-up timer mechanism can be set for between 5 and 15 seconds of delay.
Notes: Earlier production models lack time delay calibrations where you can set from 5s to 15s or so.

some kinda coil spring bender/cutter
one part looks like the spring holder
another part with the 360 degree marking maybe to be able to cut two the same
