I hear ya. I just had a local body shop owner come out and look over mine and my dad's truck for a quote. I am scared to see what he comes back with, LOL.

Thanks man
Yea i like that last blue truck that i did blue alot.....and i am really not a blue kinda guy so thats wierd. The shortbox truck beside it i just sold to my buddy so i can still see it...drive it...but not have to fix it...lol

Ya that Dino.....His truck looks great....it's a killer......his will be done before mine i am sure. He seems like a really cool dude too...( Dino that was just for you buddy ) So there is no way i would use the same color he wanted to ...or the same lawn mower engine he is...chuckles.

But I think if i can find a nice silver i will do the frame and under cab all in silver i think. I was going to powder coat the frame, but i think i will fill it and do body work to it so that it's smoother and cleaner now

Here's a link for JF Launier talking about paint on a Great 8 entry, the silver sound perfect teal, blue or green it'll really look great. I wish I had your decisions to make, your in the creative phase, it will be fun.

Dude have you ever done the drive to Vegas ?....I have done it a few times now...it's a great drive...never with a car trailor ( yet )...but i have towed the california route a few times. Thats a long towwwwww lol...will have to see how things work out, I am not saying no.....but there is alot of "depends on how things go " at this point.

I am thinking about going to Barret Jackson at Vegas in Sept.... it's a cheap fly..
