I used the ac comp that came with my 6.2, fit no problem, no cutting at all. I used adapters on the lines from "Docs Blocks" but i don`t think they are still in business.

that hole is there from the factory...the psi harness comes with a grommet on the harness hat fits in the hole...

Here is our inprocess pic's, My son's Red Rover '82 C-10:

The set up is a5.3/4L60e out of a 2000 GMC. We are using the stock truck front accessories, just going to smooth up the brackets and paint them. |

1968 C10 SWB with ECE 3.5/5 drop and a 2007 TBSS LS2. Drove it for the first time yesterday after the swap... Holy poop!
