I like the caddle style bed. I am planing on the same as that but mine is a step side short. 68

A previous owner had an Edelbrock performer package installed on the stock 350 back in 2001. Not sure of the exact specifications but it included an Edelbrock 4B carb, performer intake, and cam shaft. It must be close to stock specifications because it idles smoother than my 69 Camaro, which has a mild cam. It always seems to get 10 mpg no matter how I drive it.

Not sure who asked, but to reply to the question on why the trim holes were not drilled before paint,, it's simple; when the body came to me it was in many sections, only when it was fully assembled and the body lined-up, then the trim pieces were properly lined-up and installed for a very-correct look. IMHO.
