Thanks for your interest in my 4-5-6 Chevy truck parts. I am fresh-out of good, used fleetside wheel tubs. I have a few pairs that need some work on the mounting lips, but nothing that is plug-n-play. Sorry I couldn't help you with this item, but please keep me in mind of other 4-5-6 Chevy truck parts in the future.

Thanks for your interest in my 4-5-6 Chevy truck parts. The only good, used swb fleetside bed I currently have is spoken for. I have another one, but it has a few bullet holes in the bed sides, so it is not worth messing with.

Sorry I couldn't help you with this item, but please keep me in mind for other 4-5-6 Chevy truck parts in the future.

Thanks for the inquiry. I haven't done this conversion, but you might try posting in the Engine & Driveline forum or in the 60-66 Chevy truck forum for more input.

Sorry I couldn't help you with your question, but please keep me in mind for other 4-5-6 Chevy truck parts in the future.

PS-I can't remember if I replied, via PM, to your request for a V8 throttle linkage and accelerator assembly...do you still need these items?

Hey Tony. Do you have the horn pieces that make contact between the horn button and the t/s asym? I have the white plastic piece that sticks threw the steering wheel, but something is missing between that and the button.

I have a complete set, including the glove box door hinge, glove box button and the mounting screws. How about $20.00, including packaging & shipping?

Please let me know if I can help you with these items or other 4-5-6 Chevy truck parts in the future.

Thanks for the inquiry. I have a few good, used factory bench bottom foam inserts. They are $60.00, plus $32.00, packaging & shipping.

Please let me know if I can help you with this item or other 4-5-6 Chevy truck parts in the future.

I am looking for a factory "hard pipe" radiator hose, like this one. If you have one, I am willing to trade for parts you need.

I have a factory automatic transmission cross member, but it does not have the e-brake assembly, as shown in your picture. The holes are there, but no assembly. Unfortunately, the only auto shift lever and keeper pin is on a complete column that is ear-marked for my '66 Chevy K10, BCKNBLK.

Sorry I couldn't help you with these items, but please keep me in mind for other 4-5-6 Chevy truck parts in the future.

Tony, looking for a good running 283 motor for my new 66 .do you have one and price of it?? Would you do a trade on it??? got few exta parts that you might be interested in.. THANKS MORTON

LILRED66 01-20-2009 07:43 PM

Re: Do you need '64-'66 Chevy Truck Parts?

Morton:

Good to hear from you. The only 283 I have is from my '66 Chevy C20 Custom Camper, but it is making a noise on the lower end and I can't figure it out. I pulled it, so I wouldn't do any damage to it, since it was original to the truck. It is on one of my engine dollies right now.

It started and ran fine, without overheating or anything, but I couldn't figure out the origin of the noise, even after replacing the timing chain and gears. It may not be something you want to deal with or try trouble-shooting, so I am not sure if I can help you.

how much do you want for it? I love tinkering with them.got a running 230 and 3 speed trans. out of(63 LILBLUE) Id trade you for the 283 motor??Been away form my hobby a while going thur a Divorce!

Re: Do you need '64-'66 Chevy Truck Parts?

Morton:

Thanks for the offer to trade the six/3-speed from the '63, but I prefer the factory 283 and 327 motors for my rigs.

Sorry to hear about the big "D". I didn't know you were going through that. Good luck.

Here are two different factory foam seat bottoms. Both have some wear on the drivers area, but they are useable and can be repaired piecing in a good chunk of seat foam.

The top radiator support, cushions and bottom craddles & cushions are $40.00, plus $8.00 packanging & shipping.

I don't have a good, used wiper fluid bottle, but I do have a few good, used factory wiper fluid bottle brackets. They are $20.00, plus $6.00 packaging & shipping.

I can combine shipping or you can make a trip up to my shop to pick up in person. Please let me know your thoughts on these items or other 4-5-6 Chevy truck parts in the future.

Don't let the surface rust scare you...it is very solid, but the previous owner stripped it, but did not protect with primer, so it has lots of natural rust patina.

Hello, I usually hang-out on the Blazer board, but my father-in-law just picked up a 65' swb fleet from Chattanooga. The box has some very shady bodywork, do you have any nice boxes sitting around?? And what do they go for?? I'll pass the word along.
Thanks

Tony, I saw a picture in another thread at your shop, looked like you had tons of doors. What's the scoop on all of those? I need one for my '64, is that too big to ship? How many trucks do you have at your shop anyway? Also, I see it's called 4-5-6 chevy trucks, do you deal with 60-63 at all?

Ron:

Good morning and thanks for the inquiry. I have accumulated several doors over the years, in varying condition...some not so good all the way up to pretty decent. If they are not too bad, I have them sandblasted, do the panel replacement and sell them as good, used, repaired door shells. I have a few on my workbench right now with repairs underway.

I have shipped door shells before, but it is rather pricey...to NY, via motor freight, delivered to a business, would be $80.00-$120.00, depending on the carrier.

I several 4-5-6 Chevy trucks of my own and I also work on 4-5-6 Chevy trucks at my shop. My truck stuff is a sideline hobby, but it has taken on an identity of it's own with all the parts I have acquired and sell on a few Chevy truck specific web sites, craigs list and eBay. I primarily deal with 4-5-6 Chevy trucks, but, as you know, some parts are interchangeable amoung all years '60-'66. I am the most familiar with 4-5-6 Chevy trucks and prefer them, but I like all the trucks from the '60-'66 era.

Please let me know if I can help you with any 4-5-6 Chevy truck parts in the future and thanks for the inquiry.

I need the long slender one the goes just above the upper fire-wall lip that is just below the wiper cowl.
