It all seems to fit....if that block was moved even another inch back it would have started to get ugly

Here is what the firewall looks like all buttoned up......and that little box down on the right is so i can push the gas pedal down past the floor.....chuckles....and to make sure no one with bigger then a size 10.5 boot can drive it.

Re: 1966 SBBW pro street
lol!! i was imagine both your trucks in like classic truck mag facing each other, like a center-fold that would be bad a$$!!
|
Re: 1966 SBBW pro street
when you get your motor all done and the trucks done you need a youtube video of it, i want to hear it and see it!!

lol, well i dont live near you and i have a size 12in. shoe so that rules that out too, lol!! you going to put wheelie bars on it or no??
|
Re: 1966 SBBW pro street
I am thinking that i will pass on the wheelie bars......just another thing to hit/drag/rip off when i am driving around on the street....Guess to be sure I will see how it launches and then go backwards from there....never say never I guess but no plans for bars at the moment

Well it's been a busy couple of weeks for me....My newest addition that just got painted blue that i liked so much.....well i sold it to someone would just had to have it.....now it looks like i will be doing some modifications to it for him.....anyhow...
Thanks for all the feedback on the prostreet project....the floor is finished now...the firewall is finished now.....the seats are mounted for fit....the box is back on it...fuel cell is almost mounted....batteries are almost mounted....and it looks like a truck now. I would like to see it rolling into the body shop by the middle of next week...thinking the factory color the cab was in a gloss but frankly i have no freaking idea yet. Soon as i get a few mins i will load some pictures and post a update... |

Re: 1966 SBBW pro street
wutnxt,
I love to pop on the computer with my coffee in the morning and search for the fat tired truck builds here in the group. It gives my lazy a$$ inspiration to get out there and work on mine. How about throwing a brother a bone and post some progress pics???? So I can go :jdp: |
Re: 1966 SBBW pro street
So let me get this right, 'you sold one of your trucks and your getting to work on it' which means you have money to put into the prostreet truck, lol!!
what happened yesterday with the pics? i'm waiting to see updated pics!! LOL!!!! |
