Re: project bagged 63 c10
Ok so I smoothed out the back half and final primed my frame....
http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q...FADF0E3990.jpg Forgot a primed pic but you get the idea. As mentioned before this is a minimal budget build. I figure if I can't afford expensive parts, I will make what I have as nice as I can. I definitely feel like this has taken me forever:lol: my bosses think im crazy and say nobody is going to see that but at least I am happy how things are coming along so it has been worth it to me. Small update... Got some more blue shot tonight. :metal: Tomorrow night ill stay after work and do the rest in chassis satin black Based http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q...784EE4031A.jpg http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q...78A477E16B.jpg http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q...78B142D524.jpg http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q...78B9ADCAC7.jpg Cleared http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q...78C90D1652.jpg http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q...78EA1A337C.jpg http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q...78D7CD1684.jpg http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q...78DFAE275B.jpg http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q...78F6F4DCB1.jpg Posted via Mobile Device |

Looking really sharp. Sooo cool that when you park you'll have to lay out mirrors so people can check it out. :metal:

Re: project bagged 63 c10
I dont think your bosses are quite correct.
I know that anyone interested enough to get down and look under (if you dont place mirrors, assuming you are going to show this) is certainly going to appreciate what you have done. Not to mention all of us following your build can definately relate !! :metal: Rock on dude, you are owning it ! |

Re: project bagged 63 c10
Ok well I stayed after work and finished up. Just need to paint a few more thing blue tomorrow and I can put the chassis back together to set the motor in and throw the body on so I can get this thing home. Would have loved to have just brought the frame to work but needed to use the pressure washer to clean up the motor and figured it would be easier to take the can off with the lift:lol:

Re: project bagged 63 c10
Well I jammed out today(well yesterday now) finished my front crossmember and started having some fun putting things back together. I'm pretty happy with the results of all my hard work. So what do you think? I noticed all my favorite rides have stars next to them. Can you guys rate my ride please. What a shame to bolt these crusty parts back on lol. Never had the chance to notch my upper arm so I'm just getting this thing back together to get it home ( we are too busy for me to be working on this thing at work) so I can take my time and clean up the steering components and paint them. notch and paint upper arms and have my rear axel blasted so I can paint that up too. This thing is finally starting to look like something:metal:
