Yes Keith , we have been making some forward progress on the truck the last few weeks . Accuair system is just about complete . Just need to fab mounts for the height sensors and wire those in .

Replaced the carpet since my old one didn't go all the way to the back of the cab . Also , since I was going with new carpet , I opted to install a high hump for the tranny. Don't need it now but will in the future .

You just peaked my interest with the future comment. Are you looking at doing dropmembers in the future or something else. How do you like the accuair setup, I plan on using the same kit on mine.

Well , I would like to go a little lower eventually . I definitely want a drop member . I'd also like the option of a 6 speed auto. It takes some room to fit them in there . I haven't yet cycled the Accuair system but it sure is quality stuff . The new VU4 valve has NPT threads on all ports

Yeah it takes some room to fit the 4l80e type transmissions. I want to run one in my truck, but with the Touring Dropmember I'm going to have to do some floor mods that I don't want to do  I might end up with a gear vendors instead. I really love your truck Chris, yours and Tootsie are my favorite ones on this board. I can't wait to see some pics of it all together with the bed on sitting outside shining in the sun.

Thank You Keith for the kind words. Im also ready to see it done. Seems like its taking forever to get to the end.

A TH 400 with a Gear Vendors would be a smart move.

Sorry guys , I've been hooked up and haven't been on here much . Work is still progressing as time allows . We just completed a small repair on the cab that the previous painter had botched up . No fears , it's much better now . The e-level system is complete and functioning properly . Bed is mounted on the dolly and ready for the trip to the paint booth . Work and a truck club gathering have that event still 3 weeks out. The engine is currently being assembled and should go back between the frame rails in the next week . As long a I don't hit any snags with the FI, we should be able to make CTC in October . If not , no big deal , we still have more work to get done before the spring Good Guys show in March .

10 more days until the bed goes to paint !!! That's the last of it . UPS dropped of needed parts to get the cam degreed . Funny how the closer it gets , progress just seems to crawl along . So many small items to wrap up !

Here are a few pics from last weekend. Got the bed in paint and bolted back on the truck. Was a rough one, especially for Kevin. He worked his tail off to get it done. Got back home with it Sunday night just in time to catch a few hours sleep and back to work on Monday.

Hey Eric , I've got plenty more pics to post after they are resized . The bed is mounted back on the chassis . Molding is on, bedwood is currently being installed. I've been spending all my free time in the shop trying to get it complete . I'll get some more pics posted up before too long !
