its built pretty good though with upgraded power steering power disc brakes, and rear end out of an 86 pick up...the guy i got it from changed it to leaf springs though and i dont know how to lower it any further without cutting the frame. i'm not gonna cut the frame. i guess you'd have to see underneath to know what i'm talking about. i just want it glossy black and a little bit lower...one day. |

-Assuming your rear is mounted under the springs, and axle flip would be alot of work but you would lower it 5" to 6". -De-arching the springs would gain an inch and reversing the spring eyes another 1/2". -If the rear is on top of the springs, lowering blocks are simple and can be 1" to 3" A suspension/spring shop would help figure it out. I've got two inch lowering blocks and cut front coils. Early Classic has comparison pictures. See the link below, post and picture and someone will know how to make it happen, Laterhttp://www.earlyclassic.com/Tech.asp...=Stance+Photos |

Awe man the pics don't show? nuts!! :) let me try it another way sorry about that. Thanks for the welcome.
Any suggestions on an easy way to get them to show up? |
Re: How about some pics of 60-66 Trucks
:welcoem: You have to post them on Photo Bucket, Smug Mug or something like that and then copy the url from that web site. You can't copy it from your computer. It won't work.

Re: How about some pics of 60-66 Trucks
Somebody must like you to get a rig that clean for $500! That is a very nice truck that someone cared about. The last picture reminds me of ours the first winter after we moved to North Idaho:
