Had a country neighbor stop by for a drink this afternoon. Didn't stay long or have much to say, LOL.

Our central A/C condensate drains outside the foundation to a catch bucket, use it to water small veggie garden, wife's flowers, apple tree and etc. Puts out about 4-5 gallons a day and it has been a DRY and HOT summer this year! Lot of towns doing watering restrictions and such. Some local wells are running dry and other parts of the US are experiencing TOO much rain. Rough year for our tomato plants for sure.

Went to Portola today. Love that place. I'm like a kid climbing all over those trains. Do like this SP fire truck. It is in really good shape. Looks like someone threw a rod out in the parking lot! :lol:

My 2012 silverado armrest hs been broken for almost 2 years. It’s a common failure point so not thrilled about pick n pull, and nobody reproduces the armrest so you have to buy the whole panel which is $600 shipped or more. Hence why I haven’t replaced it yet.

Well, this armrest popped up on rockauto. I thought sweet! Even at $114 shipped I was stoked.

However, check out this fitment (or lack thereof). Ugh…

If you just (barely) crop them it seems to help.

If they are taller than wide sometimes, they flip their self.

My new friend from earlier this month showed up dead in the neighbors yard Monday morning. Poor little guy was torn to shreds. He couldn't have been more than a couple months old.

Not exactly random, I took this picture moments before I grabbed a shovel and chopped this guy into three pieces. It was in front of the door of my shed that I was going to get my shop vac out of. I'm just glad I saw it. Only about 2 foot long with 6 buttons. But...Now I watch where I'm going for sure.

Our grapes are doing great this year. Lots of homemade jelly to make in a week or so. Yum!
