Re: intro + 66 black bagged long fleet
what size shocks did you use for the hood? thats cool, i may steal that idea from you if i dont make my brackets to make my hood tilt forward!!
|
Re: intro + 66 black bagged long fleet
Go to a junkyard and grab a set of early 90's LeSabre hood hinges. Should save you a little extra fab. Seen one on here a while back and it didn't look too difficult to do, even for the fab challenged like myself.
|
Re: intro + 66 black bagged long fleet
i did awhile back, i got two sets to make them wider, now i just need to make some brackets that will bolt them to my inner fenders
|
Re: intro + 66 black bagged long fleet
nice work on the hood props!dig the fender wells
|
Re: intro + 66 black bagged long fleet

|
Re: intro + 66 black bagged long fleet
thanx for the comments guys.. the shocks are 22 inches long.. not really sure how much weight they are rated for... a buddy of mine had them laying around so he gave them to me

Re: intro + 66 black bagged long fleet
Looks great. I've enjoyed reading your build over the last couple of weeks. I'm all caught up now. You've done a awesome job. It's great to see the originality of what you've come up with. Hard to keep it this fresh when thousands of others are building the same trucks. Love the photography and the garage as well.

Re: intro + 66 black bagged long fleet
