Re: Project: Ginger

Keith, I cannot believe that you have been feeding me information from the beginning of my obsession with these trucks and I had never seen this truck! I love it! I look forward to a day when Ginger and Esther Mae (and maybe Stella Mae) can sit side by side while we owners bench race and enjoy a cold beverage... representing the stepper crowd proudly. (I'm really a fleetside guy too,) I understand what you are going through, I was going gangbuster on mine for a while and then it came to a screeching halt. Partly because of a lack of skill (LSx swap). But also because of aftermarket parts that just didn't work for me. I have finally found a combination of parts that I like and hope to have her on the road soon. Anyway, I wanted to say you have a great build going. You are also a very helpful person and I believe the "pay it forward" theory is going to come back around to you soon! I look forward to updates when they come... :metal:

Hey Danny.
The roadblock is me.
I will get back to this truck someday.
Right now I'm not wrenching on anything.

Gotcha, happens to the best of us. Be sure to keep us updated with pics when the roadblock subsides......as I'm sure it will.;)

Well Keith since you refuse to work on your trucks your just gonna have to buy a welder and start practicing, that way when you get back to the trucks you can replace those rusty rockers on the blazer :)

I think there's a long line in front of you, but he's never going to let this one go. Ask me how I know. :D

Make sure and remind me when the time gets closer.

I'm not doing anything on my projects.
I'm going to do some re-arranging of some of my work space/garage area this weekend.
My work overtime is kicking in also.

n2billet,... on the other hand,... is always busy!;)

Re: Project: Ginger

UPDATE:
Big things going on with Ginger.
Full speed ahead in this build.
Just won't be done by me.

I won't go into all the details,... but I've lost interest in,... most everything.
I won't be finishing Ginger.
I really didn't want to part with it.
But I had a chance to make a win-win situation out of this entire build.
I have a good friend (30+ years) that will build it right.
So today Ginger was sold.
