What a tank!!! I bet you really miss it. I tell people that once you get rid of one, chances are that you will never get one again. Sorry and thanks.:waah:

Nice looking tank for sure oilcan, always like to go overkill, just seems right that way hardly anyone else has one. Bet you do miss it, always more though. Have been there many times and always seem to go bad to a big truck.:thumbs:

I've always liked big lifted trucks. Ill have another rig like this again. I think I'll go with windows next time. Loved the look of the panel but that was before kids. I currently have an 89 lifted 3/4 Burb that's my wife's DD. My DD is an 83 K30 crew with a P pumped cummins. It's getting paint lift tires and wheels next month.

I have always liked big lifted trucks too and everytime I sell one always seem to really miss it and end up building another, I can see how a panel wouldn't be great with kids, they would feel like they were caged, haha.

Lifted and a panel, passersby couldn't see the restraints... All is well! LOL

Undercarriage is all original - sm420, t221, Dana 44, but has a 350 sb probably due to PO using the truck to haul a backhoe. Still needs a ton of work but it can wait for now cause I just want to drive it!!! Thanks

well here is mine I have had it since 1976.
someone earlier in the post said he thought these were the ugliest trucks ever built by Chevy and maybe by any manufacturer. I have NEVER thought that as you can tell by my longevity of ownership. :cuss
One picture is before the last upgrades and paint and Body.
It has 1969 396ci with 427 guts TH400 NP205 transfer case Twin Stick setup from ORD (Off Road Design) 76 axels front and rear. 2004 leather interior.

One more post of inside. The door panels are on now.
With a plug for Pirate 4X4 I see. If not for Grumpy on that site along with all the newdie questions that the other members mostly put up with,
I never would have attempted this update.
