Had to relocate my dip stick as it interfered with exhaust manifold and spark plug wire

Thanks Bud, the hard part was finding V/Cs with a threaded boss to mount the coil pack,

Didn't want to drill holes for fear of leaking oil

Still have to relocate O2 sensor, shorten and repin

I prefer the quick release mandrel, makes changing wheels much faster

Re: PO has me PO'd

for some reason my narrative went away between pictures

This is about the tightest arc you can cut with a 1 1/2 inch cut off wheel, I like to sneak up on it, leaving a little white paint to see my line

The wheel generates a lot of heat quickly, so touch the metal, if you can’t hold onto it, then your cutting too quickly and you may warp the metal

I generally cut right, with my contact area of the wheel at 4 o'clock, don't force it as you may explode your wheel, not pretty

It's a slow process but far more accurate than my big dangerous angle grinder, that thing scares the begeases out of me

Was able to bend the flange closer to a 90 with my Cresent wrench

Now have to figure out the 45 degree bend

Don't do it like me, now I have to build a template

Saw the great Chip Foose do it when he put boxster head lights in a Europa

Cut your patch panel first, then use that as your template

This seems to be starting point for each piece

Could not bend the 45 degree without warping the entire panel, so I pu the 45 on the flange
