And also guys I wasn’t trying to be rude or call anyone out. As I said I traded for it so if I want to sell I have to put a price on it to start. From what I was told it was built in Alabama in a hot rod shop and I’d have to say they did very nice work.

Neat truck that has a lot of hours invested into it.

I respectfully recommend you detail it out a bit more and submit it for Barrett Jacksons in Scottsdale this Jan. They are still taking consignments. If accepted, it will definitely sell and you could make a nice winter vacation to sunny Arizona out of the adventure. It only takes two with deep pockets who really want it and the sky is the limit.

These were on craigslist for 2 days before I saw them. I figured they would be long gone, but guy said they were still available.
So the next day I made the 2.5 hour drive 1 way and bought them. 72 doors and large letter GMC gate, all NOS and in nice shape.
That was why I worded it as sold AFTER I got there...

Price drop to $3,000, but there's quite a bit of rust in the rockers and floor. I've been looking at that one. I may pull the trigger on it after Christmas if it's still there. I'm on the other side of the state.

Oh my, real nice original truck in a super color combo and not that far from me but I think somewhat pricey for what is there. I think the pricing would be more realistic if the truck had factory A/c a big block and factory buckets and console.

I guess I never thought of a 68 as a one-year only rarity because it had the “67 front end” and big window combo. Ha. That’s one way to sell it. He’s right about one thing - it actually has a 67 front end because there are no side markers. But you could get a big window in 67 of course. I wish him luck on his sale.
