I don't have any vintage pics with 67-72's, but here are a couple of old pics of my '62.
The black and white was taken in the mid 70's when the truck belonged to my first cousin Ray and Dan. The color pics are around 1982 when the truck belonged to my brother around the time he graduated high school. He had recently painted it in his Vo-Tech auto body class... :chevy: |

this is a great idea for a thread! i love to see what they are SUPPOSED to look like. Anyone else have any more links to pictures of original 67-72 trucks, as they came off the showroom floor? specifically 69-70 stepsides would be nice..im trying to get mine to be as close to stock as possible

It's different for me looking at old street scenes like this of the U.S, I grew up in the U.K on a diet of hollywood movies, so when I see shots like that it just looks like a still from a film....it's magical, wereas to you guys who grew up over there it's just an old picture.
It's the U.S.A the way I remember it, and the way I still think of it even thought it has long gone. |

My Grandfather was a ice cream distributer. This was his Ice cream truck.
