Re: started working on the 65 suburban
i think i will do something in the future but i gave that space to the wife to park under as opposed to parking inside. eventually i would like to box that in and add it to the garage but i will have to figure out another place to have the wife park!! wont be easy making the wife happy on that one!!!!

Re: started working on the 65 suburban
I really like the lights in the walls. My uncle used to paint a lot of cars and had that kind of set up. I wish I got along with him I need a lot of bodywork. lol
|
Re: started working on the 65 suburban
Thanks donthekawguy!!!! the lights in the walls make a huge difference when working even if you don't do paint and body work also they are easy to put up. every one that has come into the garage comments on how bright the lighting is.

Re: started working on the 65 suburban
I can't tell for sure, but it appears as if you have the window locks for the rear sliders installed...are they the originals or did you find them somewhere? i am in the throes of doing a resto-mod on a '65 as well and one of the sliders was missing the locks when i picked it up. thanks and your burb looks incredible!
