Re: Do you need '64-'66 Chevy Truck Parts?

hey Tony,
Was wondering if you could share some info on the pieces of sheetmetal that go below the rear corners of the cab... don't know their proper name. I guess you could call them splash guards.

Do you happen to have a pair? Also, I have no idea how they would mount, so info on that would be great also.

thanks,
Andrew

Andrew:

Thanks for the inquiry. They look like this. I think they are called cab extensions and were commonly found on factory stepside trucks, to close the area between the cab and stepside bed step.

They are secured with lag screws through the back area of the cab floorboard and have a small brace to help stiffen them.

I have a few pairs.

Hey Tony,
sorry it took so long to get back to you, My uncle has been out of state.
He is willing to trade. I will be in your neck of the woods Dec. 6th-7th, will you be around? You are in the KC area, correct?
I can swing by and swap grills and check out all that cool stuff you have ;)

Joe:

The two aftermarket chrome grilles are on trucks, but I can have them at my shop for you to look at. I don't want to take them off, if you are not sure you/your father-in-law want to do the trade, plus I would like to see the factory anodized aluminum grille/anodized aluminum headlight bezels you have for trade.

I will be around the shop on the 6th & 7th, but let me know if you are coming for sure and I will plan accordingly.

Karl:

Good evening. I replied to your e-mail and unfortunately, I don't have any photos of the clutch pedal assembly, clutch fork or "Z" bar to post, but I can take some and post later. Sorry...I don't usually have requests for these types of parts.

Karl:

Here are a few photos of the clutch pedal, "z" bar and clutch fork. I haven't taken the clutch pedal loose from the pedal assembly, but you get the idea.

Please let me know if I can help you with items or other 4-5-6 Chevy truck parts in the future.

Thanks for the heads-up. Let me know what day, because I am not always at the shop and I don't want to miss you.

I will be at the Chiefs game on Sunday, so Friday evening or Saturday is the best for me, if that works for you.

Let me know and I look forward to showing you the 4-5-6 Chevy trucks/parts, that I have.

Tony,

I left a voicemail on on your cell today about the brake/clutch pedal assembly that you have pictures of on one of your recent posts, I hope you don't mind. Is that for sale? If so, I am in Independence Missouri and am in need of it. Thank you for your time Tony.

Thanks for the heads-up. I have the linkage parts you are talking about. Depending on what bits you need, I will work with you on combining bits and shipping to save on costs.

Whoops...I guess that one slipped through the cracks. I sold the pair I had and the other pair is in the shop getting refinished. Sorry I couldn't help you with this item, but I will keep you in mind if I come across another good, used factory set in the near future.
