Thats the prosreet truck on the lift in the air and my street truck cab down on the floor. The street truck cab is all back together now and the box sides are almost ready to go .....I dropped off all sorts of parts for prep for the street truck. The pro truck is a little bit here and there but I have been ordering all kinds of parts for it. I know i know behind in pictures I hope to take a bunch in the next day or so ......

Well...

Lots of parts showing up these days....lots more ordered.....lots of primer in progress. I am looking for more parts trucks I can't find a good short box fleetside or a hood anywhere. So in a couple of weeks thats my project, road trip for hoods and trucks.

What do you think about the front of the fenders where the bumper is ?....think i am going to stretch the front fenders down about 1.5 inches to match the bottom of the bumper. I like the way the wheel opening looks now. I don't think you can even notice tht we moved it.

Make a few posts with out pictures and everyone runs away......lmao****

Got the call today that my parts have arrived and are ready for pick up....I am completely pumped up again....I haven't been around much lately because I have been looking for a tow rig to pull the pro truck and it looks like I have it ( have to wait till next week to make sure)

I'd say just do it how you want it to look. I say go for it, your calls have been spot on on this project so I don't think it can hurt the look.

Wutnxt do you have better side shots, they should include the whole fender, my worry is it'll look like an air dam. Nose heavy. Photoshop would be great here, get someone to cut that part and stretch it. You have been right so far, the bumper looks stock.

Yeah, I have some ideas for that area too.
Would like to see what yours come out like!

I just feel really bad for my buddy....He was detained for 5 hours at customs on the way down....covers my eyes......missed his flight and connector ( non refundible )....then had to drive a extra 3 hours to a larger airport to buy new tickets to get back on track.....apparently when you cross the boarder don't hav green tea extract pills.....( which he takes for his metabolism ) ....dude he got everything but the glove. But then if he did get the glove he wouldn't have told me anyhow ....lol....I am so going to owe him if this works out

Well it's currently closer to you then it is to me.....lol.....it's living the good life out in california.....and frankly my buddy' trip just keeps getting worse. Yesturday he was driving his friends truck and stopped at a 4 way stop the guy behind him didn't. They are okay...stiff and sore...but buddies truck sounds like it got hammered hard.

Dino..Your going to dig the rig it needs a little work but it's slammed with full air ride , a new crate big block.,new tranny,4 link the works. I can't wait to get it back here and mess with it....so many projects at the moment and this one actualy runs....lol

Man that stinks! I've heard horror stories about trying to get across the border to get parts trucks, and basically no one down here will mess with it. Too bad our border with Mexico wasn't this way. Our country should take some advice from your country!

Thanks ...
It's got a new crate 454 in it right now so I guess I won't mess with that ( for now )....

Well the new tow rig is hanging out in california longer then I had wanted, by the time my buddy got all his stuff together he didn't have enough time to make the drive so he is going to have to fly back. So i will have to road trip it down later and bring it back.....maybe rent a trailer and bring something else back too.....lol
