$6,795.00
LOL, just PM me a mailing address. I'm going to make a handful for right now and just send them to whoever needs them for whatever shipping costs. However, there is the possibility of a "Glock LS swap kit" in the near future. :D |

Re: Finally "Silvers" build thread!! ('78 swb 2wd silverado)
well!! for all my friends that have been wondering...
WE GOT OUR LOAN MODIFACTION WITH A FIXED RATE!!!! so our payment isnt adjusting anymore!! we got a 5.0?% interest rate for 30 years on our 1st. not too shabby! or rate for 'interest only' right now was 6.75% and was adjusting up every 6 months. our payment is about the same as before the 1st adjustment($50 more) but thats fine as long as its not going up anymore!! :metal::bann::clap::five::ennyd::wave: |

Just an FYI - the oil pan kit that BRP sells for $249.99....... it is the same factory kit GM sells for $125.80 (#19212593, also known as the LH8 kit).

I saw that on there website, and when I talked to him (Phil at BRP) he told me I would need one for this swap. But then I read that in the 68-87 trucks the LS truck/SUV oil pan fit like it was made for it. So do I need one or not? |
Re: Finally "Silvers" build thread!! ('78 swb 2wd silverado)
NO!! screw Phil... ive talked to him also and he doesnt know ANYTHING about these swaps. he'll make crap up if asked a direct question. i wont be doing business with him even if his stuff was free. and we all know his stuff is far from free...
sorry if this is harsh and probably seems out of character for me but it is what it is. i call'em how i see'em. |
