Hey Gringo, congrats on the wedding. Great to things have leveled off for you, and i see from a ccouple of those pics, you have not gained any weight yet either.
Now get back to work on the truck!! Darren |
Re: How to: Ruin a perfectly good C10
I just read through your build and you did a great job. Congradulations on getting married. Very nice truck.

Re: How to: Ruin a perfectly good C10
Congratulations, she's a beauty. Truck looks good too ;). Mine was broke down during my wedding, I wanted the same kind of photos but had to use my dad's '48 f*rd truck.

Re: How to: Ruin a perfectly good C10
If I didn't mention it before, tell your new bride I said she's better lookin' than the truck (and I'm a truck guy ;) ).

Thoughts on wheel selection, guys? I've always had a fondness for the Cragars and sorta wanna be 'different', but would really like a set of grey spoke TT2s. Dirty hack: |
Re: How to: Ruin a perfectly good C10
While I like the Cragars, they just don't hold a candle to early 'as-cast' looking 5-spoke wheels (TorqThrust's or similar/dead-ringer).
|
Re: How to: Ruin a perfectly good C10
agree..love the look of the cast ones

QUOTE" I've always had a fondness for the Cragars and sorta wanna be 'different', but would really like a set of grey spoke TT2s. " Agreed! How about Cragar Elimanators with a gray center? Truck is looking sweet.

Re: How to: Ruin a perfectly good C10
grey TT2's. had a set on my old 80 dodge aspen (nova rip-off). looked tough! the 225 slant six sipping thru a one barrel carb wasn't so tough though.
