Looks sweet! What clips did you use to install the trim, stick on or factory?

It's all factory stuff which this one has some factory sticky back clips..

Started mocking up the raised floor.. The wood is just for mock up. I'll use a exotic wood for the final pieces.. It will have completely new side walls built with some bead roll work done and a 3" tall notch cover between the wheel wells..

I wish I would have done this on my bed, the stake pockets have given me some issues.

Started building new inner bed walls.. They will have bead roll work rolled into them that will match the factory lines of the wheel wells..
