I read something (I have no idea where though) that I wished I had thought of with my kids the other day.

A couple was about to find out as well and decided to have the dr write it on a card and seal it in an envelope. They are planning to open it christmas day with their family and eveyone finds out together. I thought that was a really neat idea.....

Great news!

Be wary of those doctors, my 80% boy came out 100% girl. lol

Congrats!

A couple at church did something similar. They planned a "sex party" (not THAT kind :lol: ) so their friends could celebrate with them as they found out the sex of the baby. The sealed results were given to the baker doing the cake for the party........nobody would know the sex of the baby until they cut the cake at the party. (pink cake meant they were having a girl, blue cake meant they were having a boy)

Yes, there were quite a few raised eyebrows as the topic of a "sex party" circulated through the church. ;) It turned out very cool though.

<thread hijack really over now....again>

Congrats on the news!

Oh, I kinda figured it was some sort of GM equipment from a serial number. But, just too darn lazy to look it up. LOL!!:lol:

The C5 upgrade is on the back-burner. Again. I've had this plan in my head for a while now, just need to make it happen...

Not too bad- it actually came out pretty easily- saved a few bucks pulling it myself, too :)

Will do. Gonna try to do it 'on a budget', without making it look like it. I'll keep you guys updated as it progresses...

Now that I can't wait for. I wanna do an LS swap in my truck really bad. But all the aftermarket "swap" parts run a little more then I like to spend. IE, harness, headers, ect. But then again, I'm a tight ***

The plan is to keep it cheap- most items can be done DIY to save money. It's been proven you can spend a bunch of cash on one of these swaps; I'd like to see how little I can spend and still have a nice setup...

Nice looking motor, I wanted to do an LS Swap too but the cost of it and the lack of knowledge on my part I decided to go Big Block. Can't wait to see how it turns out for you.

I think I can do an LS cheaper than big block- hopefully waaaaay cheaper. You got a smokin' deal on yours. I'm looking forward to the reliability/driveability of the modern powerplant...

Definitely in the cards. I would have more in a harness than I do in the complete engine, if I bought one...
