Eric, love that color. would love to own. I had a 69 shortwide with it. good luck with the auction. It is a beautiful Blazer and someone is going to be very happy. Even if I sold my 3 Blazers I don't think I could meet your reserve on it.

Its original..... (except for the big block that was never put in a 67-72 4X4). Looks like a real nice truck but not $80,000 nice to me.

Guessing that a board member or two snagged Chevyland’s postings because they’re both pulled?

re: $80k rig — 1 photo on the ad? I’m sure you could sink 80 in to build a beautiful truck but I don’t recall someone getting it all back out

Anyone click on this ad from the last page? It’s just down the road from me-
I have no idea what the ad writer was smoking. Well, maybe I have a guess. Almost $15k asking for it? Race truck? D-stroke 327???

fourspeedwagon 07-09-2018 04:34 PM

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds

Also, that Ochre Super A/c a page back for $5k? Down to 3500 asking now. That looks like a good deal

No, nope- no good trucks here. They’re all rusted or blown up or otherwise awful. Don’t bother looking here. 🤓

Honestly, if someone needs eyes on a rig they find in the Yakima area, I can probably check it out for you. Greg

D-stroke 327= salesman lingo for a 307!

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds

I wondered about that. I told someone once the engine in a vehicle I had was a 283 with a stroker crank— kinda was. Didn’t feel the need to continue that it was a 307.
Except “destroked” instead of “D-stroke” but I still ain’t dropping 15k on that “race truck” wannabe. I’d buy it and drive it while smiling, but wrong price.

Highlander package is 1972 only, must have had a seat from a 72 Highlander added at some point.
