Re: My 93 Crewcab Build
I havent done much at all to the crew, Joe did happen to run to Pull-a-part and picked up a lower control arm for me while he was out there, now i can start the front end swap well after the 62 gets a little farther of coarse ;)

Re: My 93 Crewcab Build
It is too bad with all the rain. I would like to go rummaging out at pullapart.
|
Re: My 93 Crewcab Build
Yeah, but we will be wanting this rain in a few months.

Re: My 93 Crewcab Build
I know me too! I need some stuff.. just odd and end pieces and parts but its still cool to go out there.
I took my father in law one time to look for a door handle for his car and he said "Look at all the s**t, ive never seen so much junk in my life" i wanted to slap him and say man these are good parts and a lot cheaper that dealer or after market stuff  |
Re: My 93 Crewcab Build
I just like looking at stuff and day dreaming what I would do with it. There was one afternoon at work I was just stressed out of my mind with bs and deadlines. So, I took off the last two hours of the day and just went and walked around there and cleared my head.

Re: My 93 Crewcab Build
Yeah i do the same, pay the buck and just see what you can find and cant live without
|
Re: My 93 Crewcab Build
Last time I found a gm antenna adaptor. I showed it to the guy and he waved me through. Those things are like 8-10 bucks. I bought one right before that and a week later I found one my old roommate left in the closet of his old room lol.

Re: My 93 Crewcab Build
isn't that the #7 cylinder?

Any luck with a schematic or whatever he was looking into? |
Re: My 93 Crewcab Build
He is working on it, we need to find a OBD-I scanner or I need to build this http://www.techedge.com.au/vehicle/im/m232pcb.jpg http://www.techedge.com.au/vehicle/aldl8192/8192hw.htm so we can use my laptop to view the data stream. he also thinks, by the code from the computer, that someone may have swapped in an older computer.....the plot thickens.....;) |
