69 C20 Custom Camper Longhorn big block $4900
I think this qualifies as a barn find. Needs a little TLC, but for a big block Longhorn with a pretty good body, seems like a pretty decent price to me. |

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds Part 2
I know seriously. I’d really like to get eyes on the interior (blue?) and the bed floor.

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds Part 2
Pictures must be from a house window because it's raining out hahaha

The pics are a bit strange.

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds Part 2
Truck looks like it could be a solid deal but the pictures are cracking me up 🤣

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds Part 2
I am glad to know that I am not the only one who finds these pictures "interesting". Ten photos that are all the same? I am still continually amazed how poorly people represent their vehicles on CL yet still want serious money. Oh well.

Not too many good parts on this one. Must have hit something pretty hard. https://desmoines.craigslist.org/for...245694193.html LockDoc |

The dash is bent too. The driver is very lucky to be alive.

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds Part 2
Whatever he hit came above the frame, so the sheet metal and engine, etc., took the brunt of it. If the frame had been involved, he's be dead. These trucks are famous for the steering column center-punching the driver in a frontal crash.

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds Part 2
My neighbor in his c10 hit a tree in a 20 mph zone at an intersection, so probably even slower than 20mph. It totaled the truck and hit him in the face pretty hard. These trucks just don't like to hit anything.
Going to go research collapsible steering columns... |

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds Part 2
You never know when a tree is going to jump out in front of you!
But someone ran a stop sign, and I guess the tree was a good reminder to not stare at something you don't want to hit. |
