Well I didn't get my truck on the lift, but still did some stuff on it. I have these exhaust bezels from a 65 Vette I thought would look good coming out of the front of the rear fender. Since I'm going to air bag it the exhaust will be in the way. This is the perfect solution, and look kewl too.

It didn't fit the contour of the fender, so I thought I would flare it out to match the bezel.

That didn't work, so I cut a piece of sheet metal to fill in the gap, then bent over the flare cuts I did onto the metal I added. I also built up the low spots by welding up the low spots.

This is still pretty ruff. It will get better. Wifie was calling me to Dinner, so I had to stop.

Did a little finishing to make the bezel fit flush. I have a little more welding to do to fill some of the gaps I missed. Then I welded up the holes in the fender, and pulled the dent in the door out and welded up those holes. I put only one nut to hole the bezel and stuck the tail pipe in there to see how it will look from a distant. It's only held in with vacuum hose wedged in to hold it in place. When welded to the exhaust pipe it will fit perfect.
