Here are a couple. The '63 Grand Prix was my mother's. I put a lot of miles on it as a 19 and 20 year old. The picture of our truck, camper and dog and was taken in 1975.

And another. Circa 1975. The truck must have belonged to a friend of the neighbor across the street. I don't recall who owned the car or even what it is. Packard?

Patch, looks like the truck runs 16" tires. Nice option on a Custom Deluxe SWB.

Let's see how this looks. Not a 67-72 but a 1940 Chevrolet pickup. Back of the picture is stamped Nov. 1974. Taking parts off my parts truck.

Thought I would share this since on this day in 1977, Elvis, no longer able to handle the pressure of being The King of Rock and Roll, decided to stage his own death and go into hiding. |

This is the truck my dad drove when he was in the CCC's in the 30's. I think it was a '34 Chevy.
|
Re: Vintage picture thread
I think you are right on that being a '34 Chevrolet. I had a '35 Chevy panel years ago. Hood vents were a little different. Very cool pic!
