1963 2.5 spindle cpp 2in front spring, rear cpp 4 rear spring with 1 inch block. 225/70/15.

No, not that wide... they are the stock wheels, the tires I found on ebay but I really don't recommend them, Coker tires were better.

I bought Duration brand white walls p225/75/r15,
they have a normal white wall. Tread pattern looks kind of like a Continental.

Here is my '64 C-10. 4 1/2 /6 inch drop. All Early Classic Enterprises parts. 2 1/2 drop spindles, 2 inch springs and disc brake kit. 6 inch springs out back with shock relocation kit and super panhard rod kit. 15x6 6lug wheels from a '73 to '87 K-10 chevy pick up. p225/75/15 white walls.
