i had to wait over three months for concrete because it was a small job and it was 3 times your size. i got concrete as a fill in when a walmart postponed pouring for a week.

Saw cut at 6am this am, slab is officially done!!! Windows, doors, soffet, facia and siding should be buttoned up by next Tuesday. Then the interior build out can begin...

Looks awesome! I really like your building. You'd it right. I put up a Carolina Carport enclosed building last Nov here in FL. 24 deep and 30 wide. It has been a blessing for me. I'll have to start a thread sometime. Thanks for sharing.

A little update, got the 16 T5 fixtures installed and wired, flood lights and outlet wires pulled. Still need to pull the 220 circuts for welder, lift and compressor. Working on fering the walls for insulation placement, interior wall panels were ordered yesterday.....

Do you guys have building inspectors where you live or just get your plans approved and build it ?

Yes, Pole barn framing. I wanted to go stick build but the foundation numbers were stupid high, just could not justify it.......Pole barn needed no plan review, just a framing inspection.


We saw our first bit of white stuff this am, need to get moving on HEAT !!!!!!
