The SCOTUS has been wrong before and was reversed, albiet over time (Dred Scott v. Sanford for example), and I hope they do it again.

heard on news yesterday where there cutting funds to PBS because there to liberal with the information they view...belive they evenplaced a fella in charge of PBS that stands for the exact oppisite of what PBS is,,,,guess yer gov realy wants ya in the dark down there...you folks are loseing personal rights left and right down there...cant say where any better off up here :O(

States and the people need to start taking back their rights under the Constitution. The feds have walked all over it and many of the laws they have passed are illegal. The Constitution is very clear what rights, powers the Federal government can have. If its not listed they dont get it, it goes to the states and the people.

But yes, that is total crap. The government is walking all over our rights (both parties are doing this, finger pointing is "pointless" (haha)). Saldy with voter turnout so low most people affected by these laws won't voice their mind.....if laws and decisions like this continue this country is screwed.
