The tank also has the most fittings. I tried to use as few fittings as possible, but the tank had all sorts of random sizes, so I had to use reduction bushings and stuff. I used a lot of thread sealer, but I'm sure there are still spots.

I will spend some time this weekend getting the back done and chasing leaks.

I figured it would leak a little. I just don't want to have to wait for the tank to fill every morning while I piss the neighbors off. I know the lady accross the street asked my wife "is it going to be as loud as it was when he's done?"

She doesn't know about the stereo I am building next :D

that is true you are probley loosing too much over night i know in the winter i lose about 10 psi over night and about 5 psi in the summer time
if you can get it down to that your neighbors sholdent complain i have some shut off valves and some check valve in certinplaces that seems to help i dont get and bled back to my compressor head with a check vave at my tank inlet so onec its in the tank it stays there and you can put them at the out side of the fill valve and that will also stop blead back from bags if tank press gets low and at outlet lines on tank that way if you have any leaks in a line or at valves you wont lose tank pressure

run legris fittings and you won't have to worry about leaks even with a crooked line.

Legris/Transair right? I'm going to look at an airport job tomorrow that one of my commercial plumbers did in all Transair piping for their compressed air system. They make some badass stuff but I didn't know they had fittings available for our systems.
