67 fleet I d put the front crossmember in and make sure the steering will clear everything other wise youll be like me and have to grind off the new por-15 or paint in your case.

Yeah, but that part can be re-touched pretty easily. I'd rather have to spend 10 minutes taping off stuff and respraying a small area than pulling the entire assembly back out and re-assembling everything just to paint.
