A truck/ car has to be driveable you can do all the mod in the world but if you cant take it out and enjoy it its worthless, might as well have built a plastic model. I like if an owner does all the work but ive seen a couple cars that were built and they owner didnt try to hide it, he knew he couldnt do it so he got it done. He still knew what happened to it and how it went togather. I like all styles jacked up, dropped even dragging stock restos are cool takes a lot of work, but again it come down to final fit and finish.

Wow, this is an oldie. It's nice to see an ESLL post again. I really like them stock, but slightly modified - i.e, 2/4 drop, modern drivetrain, electrics, and audio. Emphasizing the looks that attracted me to the truck in the first place.

Im a fan of hot rod trucks that are
clean but not perfect that you can still drive and not worry about...got to have a powerful motor under the hood with a nice rumble....and to finish the total package for me has to have a well thought out interior thats just buisness

that was my plan with my 68 but it spun out of control... build an old rusty truck with a solid drivetrain.. I have had more fun with my 64 than I have ever had with anything else I have ever owned !!!

...and I like "radical custom trucks".....chopped roof, channeled, ... not your "daily driver"..... different "trucks" for different "folks"

That's my style . Usable , black mark layers with enough motor to tell it's not a station wagon . The mods i get the most comments about are the freeze plugs in the bed rails , the tailgate letters painted interior color and the dealer rear bumper . Even with a $800 bc/cc job
