so how do i resize the pics to be within the limits set by the board?

you can upload them to imageshack.us - it has a resize drop-down menu below the file-finder. OR just use the "thumbnail 1" code when prompted. This way - we can see the photos at full res if we're interested, and not kill bandwidth.
