Hey Andy, both the garage and the box are great deals. They're at least better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick.Get the insurance quick and hope ya find a heater that works better for ya.
BTW Purple toolboxes are so "GAY"

You lucky dog! I've been looking for a small cheap shop/garage for years! But I'd move into it. TV on the wall and cook with a torch...and ya cant forget the futon!

Looks like you got yourself 1 helluva deal there, Andy.

Is that why you were checking on kerosene prices?

Good too hear that you have a place to work in. Anything beats out in the driveway. Hope you can locate a heater that does more than knock the chill off. Sorry about the burb trans.

How far from where you are staying? Looks like a good little garage. Little fridge for your Dews and some heat and you should be good to go.

about 25 miles.
I do have a nice old fridge that I need to get over there. When my ex bought a house about 18 months ago or so there was an old 50's fridge in the basement... painted pink. She said I can have it... but it's gonna take a healthy assistant to get it out of her basement. It'll get painted black and put to good use out there.

Good score on the storage place Andy. Heck they wanted over $100 for something that will only hold one car down here.

The pink fridge would look great next to the purple toolbox.;)

How did I miss this thread? Congrats Andy, glad you got it all worked out. Gonna be even nicer once it starts to warm up a little. Last thing I would worry about is a purple tool box or pink fridge...I dont have either and would take both of yours

All you need is some flowers to put on top of the toolbox and you're in there.:D

You might want to consider selling that old fridge to someone that collects that kinda thing and would appreciate it's ....uh...pinkness. Of course I'd keep it just cause it was old! My wifes been wanting me to find an old round top fridge for the shop. (She wants to put it in our game room we don't have in our new home we haven't moved to yet (did ya follow all that)). On the flipside I wouldn't sell it unless I got enough out of it to replace it with a newer/more reliable unit.

Re: new shop!

I agree. A newer one would use less elec. and you wouldn't have to defrost it either.

I'm a man and I can take it. what about you Andy? LOL
