I like the Gt the best... putting one in mine!

Wow...I figured the 68 would win.
I do love the grant and the S-10 when my hands are wrapped around them, but as stated, you can't see the guages for crap. I'll probably be swapping them out all the time.
I think I will start out with the 68 wheel. I'm kinda wondering how long the paint will last on it. i hear from many ppl you can just paint them after a good sanding and cleaning...but I am still sceptical.

On the stereo..I removed it to install in the wife's ride after hers got stollen...had to shut her up. Not that I was able to hear it over my pipes anyways...
But then it got ripped off out of her truck. That's the one they tried to steel the whole truck for. :(

This as a "NARDI" Italian made and one piece wood. Yes they are expensive but once you see one in person it's a "gotta have" The only problem is my truck doesn't look good enough yet to put the wheel on, I'd embarass it... hehe

Ya know at first, I didn't like the way the wheel blocked the bottom guages, but after awhile driving the truck, I didn't care. Plus, I always move the wheel a little while I'm driving, so, I see them anyways. :D

Have yall ever seen the wheel on a 89 cavalier GT they look great I use them on all my rides,I even had one on BIG ORANGE! And if it wasnt cold I would go out to the shop and take a pic and show you what it looks like.

This is the same wheel that is in my S-10, and it doesn't block the view of the lower gauges. Now I'm just trying to get the horn wired to it.

Don't those wheels have a really deep dish to them? I have never seen one, but I wanted one until I looked at the dimensions, and I know at least for me I would have no room for my arms.

If that's the one I think it is, no, it isn't a corvette wheel. The corvette wheels are really nice, the price is the only reason why I have a camaro one instead.

The one i just posted is an aftermarket one by grant...looks much like an old camaro wheel, but it isn't though.
I never looked at the dish...good eye.
You can get these from LMC...and I hope from other vendors too. LMC gets very limited buisness from me.

I have seen that wheel a bunch of different places. It looks nice, but it has like a 5.5 inch dish or something. If I wanted a wheel that looked like that, I would get one of the ones like in the picture Desert Rat posted.

Andy, by now you know which one I like.

I have had no major problems with my Grant GT. The most important thing I did to get my horn to work was to ignore most of the Grant instructions. To do that, all I used was the short insulated black jumper to the steering wheel. I used nothing else in the kit, as of two years ago. I'm not saying Grant is a decent vendor, but you can make the stuff work, if you really want to. It's a shame we have to figure this stuff out for ourselves after we have supposedly paid for the technology!

You know, I really like the stock round horn button. I wonder if I can get colorado customs to machine a steering wheel to accept the horn button. hmmm........$$$$$
