I think those types are pretty universal and just about everywhere. Here is a craigslist add that showed up here. He adds a bit of attitude along with his overly high price and justifies it with an alleged Blue book quote.

Either the Bluebook is way off or that truck appears to be in way worse shape in the photos than it actually is.

I see that he has dropped the price quite a bit since he first listed it though.
