No, the floor has been in for some time now, the silver you see is fat mat sound deading material. We had to raise the floor alot to clear a 31in tire and be body dropped, I will look for the pics of the floor install.

Thanks Bruce, what are your plans for the dually?? I showed cynthia the pics of you picking it up, she got alittle upset seeing her old truck in pieces!

update... body mounts took three weeks to get and now they are on the blazer and its time to block it a couple times and shoot some color!

im trying to do more research on headers for LS swaps and cant really find a yes or no answer on what does and doesnt work, it seems different for everyone.

anyone have any yes or no answers on what will and will not fit?

or pictures of s&p headers, showing clearance from flange to frame??

i know its asking alot but i really dont want to buy something twice!!

very nice,I'm new to the board but old to chevy trucks,right now I just picked up a 87 burb.In the process of shaving everything then comes the slam.Still up in the air over a 383 or an ls motor.anyway I see a lot of nice work on this board keep up all the great work and I will start to post my pics of the Mr lowandslow aka the burb. :devil:

well after lots and lots of research and many back and forths i've decided on a cam for my 5.3, Im going with the GM ASA road race spec cam its 226/236 with .525 lift it will still be nice to the valve train and sounds frikkin awesome!!

here is a link to listen to the cam, and a great license plate, lol
